First long ride in my neighborhood. Felt good being so close to home…road one of my old marathon training routes, twice. The best thing is…I got bike before my children woke up. Yay!! :-) #roadtohalfironman #biking #8moreLongRides #imstarved #trilife #tritraining #triathlete #fitmomma

If I didn’t know it before, I surely know it now. I’m a morning person!  My last 100 meters this morning was faster than my 1st 100 meters yesterday. Awesome swim…all sub 3:00 100’s. Worked on bilateral breathing. Lord let’s pray I don’t have to do that in open water. #roadtohalfironman #tritraining #trilife #triathlete #swimming #morningworkoutsrock (at JCC Owings Mills)

Making time for training…got my run done while the girls had their swim lessons then swam a few laps (600 yds) while they played a bit longer…they came and waited for me to finish…tried to rush me…”mom if you go faster we can hurry up and swim”…the one thing I HATE about “timed” runs…no matter how fast you run…45 minutes is STILL 45 (long)minutes…especially in the dreadmill. #roadtohalfironman  #nikeplus #running #runnermom #fitmomma #countdown
